This 4 level new family home in Kitsilanio was built over 2 years by Asanti Homes and was completed in November 2017. This Craftsman Style custom home features 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 500 sq. ft. roof-top lounge space, a 50 sq. ft. custom wine wall, private office and theatre room. There is also a 2 bedroom rental suite on the ground level and a custom 1 bedroom Laneway Home on the back of the lot. Our interior design work for this home was focused on creating an interior space that is welcoming, family-focused, contemporary and clean. Our design concept was focused on reflecting the neutral and natural Westcoast colour palette and incorporating playful elements such as the herringbone tile floor and large-scale pattern tile.
